What happens if I don't receive my order confirmation?

-In most cases we can find the order confirmation in the spam section. If the confirmation is not found in that section, you can contact us for more information.

 

Once the order is placed, can I cancel it?

-If the order you wish to cancel has not been processed, it can be canceled without any problem or charge. This applies to samples and full bottles.

ONLY APPLIES ON COMPLETE BOTTLES: If the order has already been processed and shipped, the order can be canceled but the customer must pay 30% of the cost of the order for handling, shipping and restock.

Once the customer returns the product, its status will be verified and a refund of 70% of the total order will be issued in 1-2 business days.

How long does the shipping time and handling time takes?

- Typically, shipping and handling time takes 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) , but it may take 4-5 business days during busy time. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been prepared. 

 

What happens if a package returns the package to us?

- In most cases, the carrier returns the package to the shipper when the address is not complete. When we receive a returned package, we will contact you within 1-3 business days and ask you to update the shipping address to ship it again. The customer needs to pay for the new shipment with the correct address.

 

What do I do if I never receive the order? 

- Carrier tracking would provide you with up-to-date information about your package. If gets stuck or never gets delivered to you, please contact us and we can assist you with the next steps.Each case is different, for that reason we need to verify exactly what the specific situation is related to your order.  

 

What payment method do you accept?

- We accept all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover), Amazon Pay, Afterpay and ATH Movil. Please note that the available payment method may change depending on your region.

 

How can I know the status of my order?

-When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at musk.fragances@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
