Order Cancellations
All Products:
If the order you wish to cancel has not been processed or shipped, it can be canceled without any issues or additional charges.
Samples, Decants, Full Bottles, and Gift Sets:
If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is only possible if the product remains completely sealed and unopened, ensuring its contents have not been altered. In this case, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
If an order has already been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may be eligible for a return in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy. In such cases, a 30% fee of the total order value will be applied to cover handling, shipping, and restocking costs.
Once the returned product is received and its condition verified, a 70% refund of the total order amount will be processed within 3-5 business days.
